Meet Fred

Frederick Zupanc leads the industrial real estate team at EVO. He has been involved in more than $5.3 billion of commercial real estate transactions spanning most major U.S. metros.

Frederick works with local, national, and international companies to develop and execute strategic real estate solutions across their portfolios. He brings a combination of brokerage, quantitative investment management, and research experience to his clients.

He holds an MS in Actuarial Science and Mathematical Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a BS in Economics and Mathematics, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.
