Terrain Grant

Terrain, a Boston Native spent his childhood and adolescence in the heart of Hyde Park and has an intimate relationship with the City of Boston. His real estate interest was fueled by growing up in a family that invested and owns various commercial and residential assets in and around Boston. Terrain is adamant about generating long term relationships and routinely finds himself at real estate meetups and networking events.

 

With a background in biochemistry research, Terrain is no stranger to conducting research and identifying trends, which he can apply this methodology in the real estate market. He has a keen sense of awareness with respect to industry market trends. In addition to his research, Terrain's interpersonal skills, team player mindset and disciplined work ethic have enabled him to develop a skill set that is not commonly seen.

 

When Terrain is not fully entrenched in the real estate game, he loves woodworking, auto detailing, snowboarding, swimming, weightlifting, spending time in nature, family time, traveling, pulling mean espresso shots, and cooking/grilling.
