Meet Kevin
I'm Kevin Chan, a dedicated real estate broker and entrepreneur born and raised in Quincy, Massachusetts. I graduated from UMass Amherst with an undergraduate degree, where I built a strong foundation in business and community development. Since 2015, I’ve thrived in the real estate industry as a licensed broker, specializing in residential and multi-family properties across the South Shore and beyond. My career is fueled by a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals and building wealth through strategic real estate investments. As a proud member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), I am committed to promoting sustainable homeownership and advocating for diversity and opportunity within the real estate community.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, I’ve played golf since I was younger and have grown even more passionate about the game in recent years, proudly achieving a personal best score of 84. I also love tennis, often hitting the courts around the South Shore. When I was younger, I spent six years helping teach the Quincy Summer Tennis Program, an experience that deepened my connection to tennis and its community. Driven by a belief in hard work and meaningful connections, I’m always eager to explore new opportunities in real estate and beyond.
